Stimulating the circulation, sweating profusely and getting the body in shape - that's what Andrea loves so much and passes on in her workouts. From personal training, she came to Balboa, where she enjoys the freedom to “do her own thing” – and that is what makes Andrea individual and unique as a coach.
BodyBoost
This was one of the first classes developed at Balboa, with a mixture of cardio, strength, stability, and flexibility. The dynamic, intensive aspects of Andreas' workout leave a satisfying feeling after 60 minutes on the gym floor.
Booty
This training is primarily aimed at glute training but is adapted to individual strength. Andrea has taken influence from various sources to put this workout together in the hope that you will achieve something worthwhile.

Five Rounds
In this class, you will work with Andrew on mobility, strength, power, agility and endurance. In addition, this training will help you to improve your essential fitness and burn body fat. Five rounds contains different exercises of different intensities that are suitable for both beginners and advanced trainees.

Boxing & Thai Boxing
Boxing is the ultimate full-body workout. Coordination, strength, speed, reaction, endurance and mental stability are trained. In this workout, you mainly work with a partner and practice punch combinations and all other movements needed in boxing. No hits to the head unless you and your training partner have a mouthguard and enough experience for sparring.
Enduro
Your body is crying out for a change in sport and would like to be challenged in terms of coordination? Then "Enduro" is the right sparring partner for you on your way there. This strength and conditioning training focuses on different tasks that aim to make you physically and mentally stronger. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga and Pilates have always balanced Delia's busy outgoing life as a dancer. A few years ago, she ultimately transitioned from the stage to the mat. Delia's classes are dynamic, varied, powerful, inspiring, always peppered with a touch of mischief, individually adapted and designed to be integrated into everyday life.
PILATES Tribe
Pilates is a unique training method with stretching and strengthening exercises in which the muscles of the torso (abdomen, lower back, pelvic floor) are strengthened. Starting from a strong centre, a healthy posture and better body awareness can be formed. This training is ideal as a support for various sports, martial arts, CrossFit and yoga.
Bliss Yoga
The focus of this class is on the natural alignment of the body. Each position is held for a specific amount of time to allow the body to experience the full benefits of each pose. This class is influenced by Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and various sports and martial arts. You will reach and explore your limits and find a perfect balance between body, mind and soul - with a complimentary portion of sweat on your mat. Sweat & Fly is for newbies and experienced students.

Handstand
Are you fascinated by handstands? In part of the class, we will work on handstands and mobility, where Leandro will show appropriate exercises for each level to improve the handstand. We work on, among other things: strength, movements with hands and feet, coordination and reaction to make you a better mover. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Leonie Kuttel
Léonie’s way of interacting with people is only one of her talents.
She also knows how to handle weights. With her super-precise, beautiful weightlifting technique, she took gold in 2018, then switched disciplines to take a podium in the Swiss powerlifting nationals in 2019. Leonie is the real deal when it comes to lifting.
Booty Work
A popular class at Balboa, Bootywork, indoor or outdoor, brings both male and female crowds to work not just the glutes but lower body symmetry for strength, aesthetics and balance. Leonie progresses each class weekly to help push your gains further each time.
Beach Work
A training session that you can design yourself. Beach Work is all about classic isolation and basic exercises: upper body, lower body or mixed – three programs to choose from each week. Your Leonie will instruct you on the exercises and look after you during your training.

CircleX is a full body workout that combines endurance and strength. The recipe for success is simple: 6 different items combined with the factor "X", which stands for the surprise exercises and thus brings with it a large portion of fun. SHIFT
SHIFT stands for Smart, High-Intensity, Functional Training - a clever and comprehensive full-body workout where quality comes before quantity. Fully adapted to your deficits and strengths, you train mobility, posture, strength, balance, coordination and endurance all in one to the great sound of the 80s and 90s.

Kettlebell Skills
This is about one thing: The iron ball with the handle - the kettlebell. Endless possibilities and exercise variations guarantee varied but very focused training. How to use the kettlebell is learned in small steps and slow movements before it is implemented in a workout with high intensity and many repetitions. Due to the different weights of the kettlebells, they are ideal for beginners and advanced users.
Stronger
The squat and deadlift are two of the most comprehensive strength disciplines for the whole body. In this class, you not only learn to master the technique safely but also to increase your strength from training to training. Stronger also includes additional exercises for the upper body, core and legs to create a comprehensive approach for anyone looking to get stronger.
